ATEEZ Pop-up in Chile

Chile's very first K-pop pop-up.
As head of this project, I was responsible for outlining the proposal, organizing cooperation agreements with local businesses and logistics companies, working with designers to develop the store's interior and promotion materials, and managing local staff and inventory during the event days.
